Cancellation Policy

By registering with DMV Soccer Academy, all families agree to commit to a full 4-month training cycle per season.

Early cancellations are not permitted. Once a player is enrolled, the full 4-month term must be completed, and payments are required in full regardless of whether the player chooses to withdraw early.

There are no cancellations, refunds, or early terminations of the subscription. Parents/guardians are contractually obligated to fulfill the entire payment period.

Exceptions may only be made in the event of a verified medical emergency or relocation, and must be reviewed and approved by academy management.
